A mixed culture ale brewed with pilsner, vienna and wheat malt and aged for 16 months in neutral wine barrels. An exploration of the interplay between brettanomyces and hop profiles over extended periods of time. A keynote example of the tropical expression in brett - a fluffy mouthfeel with mild acidity, canned pineapple, honey and tangerine.
